Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a safe space to discuss any challenges you might be facing, gain perspective and insight and to learn new skills to enhance your well-being and adjustment.
Individual therapy is for adolescents and adults and can help with various challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity development and general personal growth amongst many other concerns.
Play Therapy

Play therapy is an interactive and creative form of therapy aimed at children from 6 years to 12 years. Play therapy is a space where elements such as drawings, imaginary play, lego building and books are used to provide therapeutic healing for children. Play therapy can be helpful for changes in the family, problems at school, bullying, enuresis, grief, emotional regulation and building self-esteem.
Couples Counselling

Couples Counselling can be safe way to discuss any issues you may be facing in your relationship with a third objective party. Couples counselling can be helpful at any stage of a relationship. Premarital counselling can be a great way to start your marriage with a solid foundation and thorough understanding of each others's expectations of marriage.
Fees
Kindly note that this is a cash practice. I charge a cash rate that is in line with the medical aid rates.
After each session payment must be made using the card machine or an immediate EFT. You are then welcome to claim from your medical aid.
Should you meet the criteria for Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB) I will assist you with the application.
Session changes or cancellations that are not made with at least 24 hours notice will still be charged.
